Margaret C. Sandford, Solicitor

Margaret Sandford graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Western Australia and began her career as a lawyer in Perth in 1983. Her career has spanned from commercial litigation to commercial conveyancing in general practice.

In the mid to late 1980s Margaret spent four formative years working in London's Fleet Street for a commercial law practice where the importance of regular communication with clients and prompt and efficient service was paramount.

Margaret currently focuses on the following areas of practice:-

  • Residential property settlements at competitive rates
  • Commercial property and business sale and purchase settlements
  • Wills, including testamentary trusts
  • Enduring Powers of Attorney
  • Applications for Probate and Letters of Administration of deceased estates.
